Textlio is an AI-powered text processing platform that provides the following services:

• Summarize: Condense long texts into concise summaries
• Professionalize: Transform casual text into polished, business-appropriate language
• Fix Grammar & Style: Correct grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and improve writing quality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

To use Textlio, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Textlio uses a credits system to process text:

• Each word in your input text costs 1 credit
• Users initially receive 1,000 credits
• Credits reset to 1,000 daily, regardless of previous usage
• Credits are deducted only after successful processing
• Unused credits do not carry over beyond the daily reset
• In the future, additional credits may be available for purchase

We reserve the right to modify the credits system, including pricing, reset schedules, and credit amounts, at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Textlio uses artificial intelligence to process and generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Textlio. Note that "Textlio" is not a registered trademark or copyright-protected name. You retain ownership of the text you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your text solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of Textlio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• The transmission of your text to third-party AI service providers
• The collection and use of your account information

We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the content you submit.
